I paint in a variety of mediums - soft pastels, oil, acrylic, watercolor and mixed media. I still use my t-square, french curve set and compass from my college days. They feel like old friends. Never artistically satisfied, I also am a textile artist working with fiber arts, primarily wool fabric and yarn.

This work is part of a series of mixed media collage paintings done during a time after the East Troublesome Wildfire that raged through Grand County, CO in October of 2020. The painting has bits of a RMNP map, newspaper from Grand County and gold highlights.
